Jerad and I headed to the sun for 8 days of R & R. Well I used it as a good time to get some winter running in where I didn't have to worry about rain and bundling up because of the cold.
Mom and Dad where already on there way down to Arizona in there motorhome so they stopped off and hungout with us for a couple of days.
Jodie came down for the weekend to run in the P.F Chang's Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon with me.
