I cannot believe what I am about to tell you.
Jen K and I started our trail run series at Golden Ears Park in Canada. The weather was not on our side as you can see from the photos. On the run we had 5 major stream crossings and at one point on the course I was running in mud that was up to my ankles. There was a part on the trail when we were doing our decent I though it might be quicker to just slide down as it was one major slippery mudslide.
All and all it was a great course, beautiful scenery and if I had the chance I would do it again.
