Jen K and I headed to Canada again for our last 5 Peaks trail run.
This time it was to Buntzen lake.
15.5K with about 3,000 feet elevation gain.
We had a wonderful day and could not ask for a better way to end the season.
The first trail we hit was Energy Trail what a fun way to start the race.
